Every year, the spark7 Next Gen Day powered by the City of Vienna is one of the highlights of the supporting program of Austria's biggest tennis tournament. This year, this extraordinary tournament day started shortly after midday with a spectacular drone photo where the children were invited to the center court of the Wiener Stadthalle to take a very special photo.

The program then included various hands-on stations spread throughout the Stadthalle and the outdoor area. The children were even able to hit balls with some of the tournament professionals.

Another highlight was the special children's press conference in the official media area, where German tennis star Jan-Lennard Struff was on hand to answer questions from the young fans.

The final highlight was the autograph session with Austria's retiring tennis hero Dominic Thiem, where the fan zone was transformed into a huge sea of young and teenage fans who wanted to make the most of what might be their last chance to get Thiem's autograph.
